It doesn't sag!

Cellulose blown in walls using our Igloo 360HD™ system does not sag, even at the time of installation

We hold a revolutionary high-density blown-in system (minimum of 3.5 lbs/ft³ or 56 kg/m³) usable in new and old buildings, allowing increasing cellulose settling at the time of installation in order to increase its effectiveness.

Process
During the blow-in of cellulose, the decompression nozzle makes a 360° rotation. Cellulose can thus reach a density of 3.5 lbs/ ft.³

The 360HD™ system, an innovation of Igloo Cellulose

When cellulose is blown in attics, it will naturally settle up to 11% during installation and completely stabilizes afterwards. This phenomenon is caused by the blowing technique which adds a large quantity of air between the fibres. This behaviour is normal and is taken into account at the time of installation. Therefore, to obtain 10.8 inches (R-40) of thickness in the end, the installer will blow in 12 inches. Our installers consider this parameter and all calculations of the material required to cover a given surface also.

For a perfect installation, the 360 HD™ Igloo system must be handled by an installer approved by Igloo Cellulose.
